DLC Leadership Program Pilot Cohort Pre-Assessment Findings

We successfully launched the DLC Leadership Program pilot this past Monday (May 4th) with 84 participants across 20 countries and 6 continents!  We created a report that details our pre-assessment findings and provides a real sense of the people the DLC is already reaching.

Inside you will also find a section on what's next. We're beginning to develop the second round of curriculum and are looking for organizational partners who want to be part of building it. There's no single model for what that looks like (e.g., co-producing curriculum, adapting an existing training from your organization, or maybe a third unknown option?), so if anything catches your eye, we'd love to hear from you.
