DLC Leadership Program: Spring 2026 Report

Earlier this year, the DLC Leadership Program onboarded a pilot cohort 84 community managers, digital leaders, and games researchers and academics. The participants completed weeks of coursework on topics include self-care, de-escalation strategies, and operational security. This report highlights the accomplishments made during this first cohort and celebrates all those who made it possible.
